Из Лефортово в московскую квартиру. Согласится ли суд на домашний арест Игоря Тихонова?

Сегодня Басманный суд рассмотрит ходатайство адвокатов одного из фигурантов «банды фармацевтов», бывшего депутата-единоросса областного парламента Игоря Тихонова об изменении ему меры пресечения в виде содержания под стражей.

Адвокаты Игоря Тихонова ходатайствуют о переводе его под домашний арест. В случае, если суд пойдет навстречу адвокатам, то на время расследования громкого уголовного дела экс-депутат заксобрания будет проживать в домашний условиях. Благо, у Тихонова еще с 2011 года в собственности есть квартира в Москве.

Как стало известно Ulnovosti.ru, не против его перевода из Лефортово под домашний арест и сторона гособвинения. Тихонов официально соглашение о сотрудничестве со следствием, в рамках которого есть возможность выйти в суд с ходатайством об облегчении меры пресечения содержания под стражей на домашний арест. А это может означать одно: Тихонов дает признательные показания.

Судьба экс-министра здравоохранения Ульяновской области Рашида Абдуллова сейчас тоже в руках следствия. После инсценированного им якобы вторичного инфаркта в стенах Басманного суда, но не выявленного в рамках медицинского осмотра московскими врачами, даже сотрудничество со следствием вряд ли спасет его из Лефортово.

Напомним, Басманный суд Москвы арестовал председателя комитета по социальной политике заксобрания Ульяновской области Игоря Тихонова до 27 августа. Ранее глава АО «Ульяновскфармация» Ольга Кузнецова была заключена под домашний арест, ее заместитель Евгений Коган отправился в СИЗО также 27 августа. Все они подозреваются в хищении 10,5 млн рублей при госзакупках медицинских лекарств, создавая преимущества для «Ульяновскфармации».
